Php on IIS Microsoft finally makes it easy
If you are like me you tried and installed the Php extension on IIS only to :
- 1. Fail
- 2. Mess up your IIS
- 3. Not know what your doing
- 4. Give up because you did not want to mess up your other application
With the release beta 2 release of the Microsoft Web Platform Installer, now installing PHP on IIS is easy and automated. Click on the button below and download the installer. Once installed, the tool will launch. You can either navigate to the “Web Platform” tab and select “PHP” under “Framework and Runtimes” customize link, or close your browser, re-open to this blog and click the button again to launch the tool directly into PHP install.
Its that easy. Thank you Microsoft, finally.
